How do I Register my child in classes?
All our enrollment and registration is conducted online through this website under the Classes link. Once you have created an account and submitted a Registration Request you will receive an instant system generated email detailing your request. We will review your request (to make sure you have selected the appropriate class/number of classes) and confirm the enrollment within 24hrs by another confirmation email.


How do I choose the right class?
All our classes are either based on age (Tiny Tots, Tumble Tots and Tiger Tots) or ability (TOPs and Junior Tops or frequency of attendance (Foundation & Higher Foundation). Selecting the right class for your child may be a combination of criteria and, if after reading our Programs  you are still unsure which to select then please do drop us a quick email through the Contact Us link.


Can I do a Trial Class First?
Yes – we do offer Trial Classes at the beginning of a new term on a Sunday (we do not allow trial classes within our regular scheduled classes as it is too disruptive to existing students).  Please see our Trial Classes  page for further details


How much will it cost?
Enrollments are based on an academic term and our fees are based on the number of weeks left in a current term.  We charge £10 +VAT pair hour and discounts are offered on high frequency attendance/programs.  We also charge an Annual Registration Fee of £25 +VAT per child which is automatically added to your fees when you register for your first class.To calculate fees on an individual basis for a late term start please use our 


Do I have to pay online?
No you do not have to make payment online – you can choose the Pay Later option. However a registration request submitted without payment does not confirm a seat in a class. A seat is only confirmed upon payment of the Deposit (£10) or Full Payment. Your request will be marked “Pending” and within 24 hours of the class we will confirm the seat if there is still space available in the class. You can then make payment onsite at the start of the first class where we can accept cash or debit/credit card payments.


Can I change my Class Day or Time?
Yes of course – we are happy to accommodate any changes you may require subject only to space availability. To change a class day and/or time you simply need send us a quick email and we will effect the change for you (it is not possible for you to make the changes yourself through My Account).


Can I Register at the gymnasium?
No – it is not possible to Register and Enroll on site. We conduct all our registration through the website under the Enroll in a Class link. Children that are not enrolled in a class are not permitted to participate (it can be very upsetting for a child to be refused entry so please ensure that they are enrolled prior to the class).


Can I pay in person by Cash or by Credit Card?
Yes – we have an office onsite that operates during term on Monday-Friday from 4pm to 6pm, closed on Saturday and Sunday, and we can accept cash or debit/credit card payments.


My child will miss a class – can I get a makeup class?
No – as many of our classes operate at capacity we are unable to offer any make-up classes. Any missed classes are forfeited.


Are the fees adjusted for a late term start?
Yes the fees are automatically pro-rated by the system for a late term start. You will not be charged for classes that have already been missed.


Do I have to pay the Annual Registration Fee every term?
No. The Annual Registration Fee of £25 is payable by every student only once every academic year (the academic year runs from September through to the end of June).


Can I Pre-Register for the next term?
No it is not possible to pre-register for the next upcoming term. All our existing students are given first priority on the classes of the new term and we only open Registrations online to new students on the first Sunday following the end of the existing term. Enrollment in all classes operates on a first-come, first served basis.


Do you provide Transportation?
No we do not provide any form of transportation to or from our facility.


How many venues do you have?
We operate out two venues 


Where can I buy a leotard?
We have both training and competition Club leotards (girls) and Sets (boys) available for purchase at our Office on site in a range of sizes from 3yrs to 14 yrs. The mandatory Club Training leotards are £45 and Club Competition Leotards are £75


Do you apply Age Restrictions on classes?
Yes we do and we do not allow for any age exceptions in our classes. Your child must have reached the minimum age requirement of a class by the calendar end of the month of the start of term (ie by September 30 ). If we feel a child has been incorrectly enrolled for an age inappropriate class we maintain the right to request proof of age (passport) before confirming the enrollment or allowing a child to continue with a class.
